What is your shipping lead time?

We always do our best to ship orders within 2-3 business days but during busier peak times it may take longer.

Can I change or correct my address after I placed my order?

If you noticed that your address is incorrect after you placed the order, please contact us immediately at carvetrading2022@gmail.com so we can adjust it before shipping.

Unfortunately we are unable to make changes to addresses on orders that have already shipped.

If your order gets returned to us because of a change you'd like to make or because you did not input your address correctly, you will be charged $20 that will cover the return & reship fee.

Do you ship internationally?

No, not at this time but we are working on it so stay tune.

Do you do wholesale or custom orders?

Yes, we do! We love sharing our candles with new retailers and custom candles for any event. Please reach out to us at carvetrading2022@gmail.com for your wholesale and custom order inquiries.
