Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be exchanged or refunded. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us immediately. To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. Returns outside this period will not be accepted and will be return to you at your cost.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • All sale items are final. No returns or exchange.
  • Items must be received within 30 days of receiving the RMA, otherwise the return will be voided and return will not be processed.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. CARVE Trading is not liable for lost or damaged parcels that are being returned.

To process a return, please email us at carvetrading2022@gmail.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Your email subject line should be "RETURN [your order number].

Processing a return usually takes 3-5 business days. Once we receive your return package, inspected and approved, you will receive an email with your store credits.

If your candle arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged product and we will send out a replacement or issue a refund.
